CredNgo Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CredNgo website, platforms, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

About CredNgo

CredNgo (“CredNgo”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides professional credentialing, insurance enrollment, re-credentialing, contracting support, and related administrative services to therapy providers, practices, and healthcare facilities.

CredNgo is not an insurance payer, healthcare provider, law firm, or billing company. All Services are administrative and advisory in nature and are intended to support Clients in navigating payer and credentialing requirements.

Eligibility and authority

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • If you are acting on behalf of an organization or provider, you are authorized to bind that entity.
  • All information provided to CredNgo is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

Scope of services

CredNgo’s Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Individual and group provider credentialing
  • Insurance payer enrollment
  • Re-credentialing and ongoing maintenance
  • CAQH setup and attestation support
  • NPI registration
  • Contracting and reimbursement rate negotiation assistance
  • Single Case Agreement (SCA) assistance

Specific service deliverables, timelines, and fees may be defined in proposals, service descriptions, or invoices agreed upon prior to service initiation.

No guarantee of outcomes

CredNgo uses commercially reasonable efforts and industry best practices; however, we do not guarantee:

  • Approval of credentialing or enrollment applications
  • Acceptance into any insurance payer network
  • Specific reimbursement rates or contract terms
  • Processing timelines or payer response times

All credentialing and enrollment decisions are made solely by insurance payers, regulatory agencies, and credentialing bodies.

Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely information and documentation
  • Respond promptly to requests for signatures, clarifications, or updates
  • Maintain active professional licenses, certifications, and malpractice coverage
  • Review payer communications and approvals when required

CredNgo is not responsible for delays, denials, or terminations resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information provided by you.

Fees, payments, and refunds

  • Fees for Services will be disclosed prior to commencement.
  • Payment terms are as stated in the applicable invoice or agreement.
  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all fees are non-refundable, including in cases of denial or delayed approval by payers.
  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.

CredNgo reserves the right to revise pricing for future Services with prior notice.

Confidentiality and data protection

CredNgo treats all Client information as confidential and implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect such information.

Where Services involve Protected Health Information (PHI), CredNgo will handle such information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and any executed Business Associate Agreement.

HIPAA and regulatory compliance

When CredNgo receives or processes PHI on behalf of a covered entity:

  • CredNgo acts solely as a service provider or business associate.
  • Use and disclosure of PHI will be governed by applicable privacy laws and contractual obligations.
  • Clients remain responsible for their own regulatory compliance and proper use of the Services.

Intellectual property

All content, processes, methodologies, templates, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property used or provided by CredNgo remain the exclusive property of CredNgo unless expressly stated otherwise.

No portion of the Services may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.

Third-party platforms and services

The Services may require interaction with third-party platforms, including insurance payer portals, CAQH, licensing boards, and government systems.

CredNgo is not responsible for:

  • Availability, security, or functionality of third-party systems
  • Changes to payer rules, requirements, or policies
  • Errors, delays, or disruptions caused by third-party platforms

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • CredNgo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
  • CredNgo’s total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CredNgo from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Information or documentation you provide
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Your misuse of the Services

Termination

CredNgo may suspend or terminate Services:

  • For non-payment
  • For violation of these Terms
  • If continued service would violate applicable law or payer requirements

Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

Force majeure

CredNgo shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, system outages, or payer disruptions.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Applicable Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

CredNgo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
